This whole tracking what you eat thing - I find it so annoying. But you know what? I've 4 stone 10 to lose, and when I track, I lose. When I don't track, I gain. So I've been tracking for 2 weeks, and lost a pound each week! So glad - but really.
Oh - and the other thing? when I gain, I don't do it by halves. While I was gone, I spent 3 months not tracking (yep - at all), and gained a total of 20 pounds. In 3 months. Is that a record? Wouldn't it be nice to lose at the same rate we gain? Why doesn't it work like that?
Well, I have my resolve back, and honestly - I'm tired of carrying around a six year old child on my back 24/7.
So here's me back - reassured by the fact that I'm with people who understand.
