It's all in the jeans. ...

Little wins. No... Not in a smaller size but having just got dressed and realise that the jeans I was squeezing into and was over flowing... Now fit! I'm walking out the door confident I literally have everything covered (not pulling my top down to try to cover the muffin top every 5min .) A way to go yet, just thought to share a tiny step in the right direction. It feels fab! 🌸

That's fantastic, Grannybwell, congratulations. :)

Another one I found very pleasing was no longer bulging out odd parts of my bra (if you ladies out there know what I mean). :D

What a lovely feeling, I just pulled out some shorts, and was delighted to be able to get them on. Still bits bulging out a bit, so I'm looking forward to stage 2 in a few weeks hopefully!

Oh well done, you call it a tiny step but the added confidence you have as a result makes it a stride in the right direction. Keep up the good work and try to remember how you're feeling so in moments of temptation you are better able to stay strong.
