Got weighed today and lost another 1lb, that's now a stone since I started about 7 weeks ago, I'm so pleased. The only thing that's bothering me is I've only lost 1lb a week the last two weeks. I suppose at least it's a loss and not again and it's going in the right direction, but when somebody says to you, I thought you'd have lost more than that it's a bit disheartening. I'm still sticking to my 10,000+ steps a day, can't believe I'm actually sticking to it for once. Thanks for all the motivating posts I read of your journeys every day, I know I don't always post but am an avid reader of everybody else's journey.
