Halfway through week 6, first week being on field break at home. Hit my calorie targets every day and activity levels are good.
New scales are a blast, so clever how it all updates and tracks through the app. Been very good at maintaining the calorie log, was worried that may slip but no worries.
My wife is enjoying the healthier eating too, and judicious use of the kitchen scales is keeping the portion sizes in check.
After my huge step count in Amsterdam have managed to hit the 10000 step target every day, usually exceeding it by a few thousand and have got some miles on the bike in the mix too.
Doing well resisting the grazing, it's not been easy but maintaining the calorie log has been a big help. Have been on the beach in Bridlington for the last 2 days, we rented a beach hut so will be there for the week, great fun when the sun is out.
Very pleased at the transition, staying on target.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and bank holiday.

Good morning Stevo5585 😊 What a lovely post to read this morning, I'm so pleased to hear you have managed the transition to home smoothly, you have this cracked! I'm sure you will reach your goals, it really helps having our partners on board doesn't it? Did your wife see a difference? I'll bet you will feel a difference in your energy levels, lots of playtime on the beach 😊 I love Brid, spent many happy holidays there as a child 😊
Morning Anna, rain has set in today so no beach for us, could use the break to be honest!
Yeah, my wife has noticed the change. I don't know if it's my imagination but I feel like I am 'carrying' myself better, better posture I guess. Clothes are definitely a little looser but I have a ways to go to get into some of the shirts in my cupboard.
I know what you mean! I felt different within a couple of weeks, confident I could do it this time 😊 All the good habits are established now so I don't doubt you will achieve your goal 😊
