So just back from holiday and feeling a bit down thanks to my holiday photos and how I felt so decided to eventually do something about it. I am 5ft 4 and 10 stone 10 so looking to loose 15lbs and then keep it off! Not setting a time line on loosing as if I don't meet it one week then I get disheartened easily and then eat more 😳
