I've just discovered this and decided to join.
I started my weight-loss journey in September 2016 weighing in at 17 stone.
I've been trying to be healthy in what I eat and basically cutting down my portion size.
I don't exercise very much but recently I've started parking my car 1km away from work so it makes me walk more!
I'm currently 14.5 stone and would like to get down to 12 by May 2018.
I keep getting "stuck" so I thought some like-minded people might just help me along the way.
I'm living in Queensland, Australia at the moment but we're preparing to move back to England permanently. I want to retire and can't afford to here
Think I'll try the 12 week challenge.
