I'm a newbie and have been struggling with weight loss for the last 5 years. I weigh enough to be classed as clinically obese according to BMI!
I desperately want to loose weight - I cycle the mile and bit to work everyday and go for a walk at lunch as well as play netball twice a week. I do have a love-hate relationship with food which I am trying to break out of though this is really difficult. I am a somewhat fussy eater and cannot stand salad in any form and am allergic to fish and mushrooms. I eat lots of vegetables, pasta, rice and poultry. I also have a very sweet tooth and crave sugary snacks like chocolate and biscuits constantly. It gets so bad that I end up chewing my nails to try and control it. I'm in need of some advice! TIA
