My recent interest in weight loss has been prompted by my enthusiasm for cycling. Being left behind by faster, lighter cyclists is a regular occurrence for me and I've decided it's time to do something about it. I started using the principles in Michael Moseley's book "The Blood Sugar Diet" in May 2017 and am seeing promising results. I weighed exactly 13 stone this morning which is the lightest I've been for a long time. I'm interested in losing more and maintaining that loss while also keeping my strength and speed on the bike.
