Im trying out all of the delicious

10 surprising 100 cal snacks :- cheese and tomato crispbread, hot chocolate with marshmallow, three fruit salad, cheese and pickle on water biscuits, strawberries and cream, smoked salmon and cream cheese, apple and peanut butter, baked beans on toast, banana milkshake, homemade popcorn. So im thinking i could have 1 an hour and eat everything just mentioned an still come in below my recommended calorie intake.

That's always possible, Emma, but then you'd never have the satisfaction of a real meal, an hour might start to feel like a long time to wait, as snacking begets snacking and your body would never have time to do anything other than digest food :)
