Progress?

I have worked out for 1 week straight! It started with a service project last Saturday where I was extremely active all day. From then I have gone at least 1 mile on the elliptical every day. I feel better in my mind and hopefully I will see a difference in my appearance soon. I want to feel better and confident and working out and being healthy is the only way to do so.

Totally agree. For me it's a cycle the more I'm active the more weight I loose and the happier I feel which in turn helps me to be even more active 😉

Good for you Jules! Be careful not to do too much and make yourself fed up though, it's important that you have an exercise routine that you enjoy and that you can envisage doing forever :)
