Going in to week 5 of my weight loss journey and pleased to report I've now lost 12lbs only another 2 to go and I'll have shifted my first stone. Haven't been able to do my daily walk this week due to awful weather so have been walking and jogging on the spot to do my 10000 steps, hope that counts the same. I've got to buy a belt for my jeans as I'm having a job keeping them up! Thanks to the advice on here and reading posts that keep me motivated I'm actually doing it. Thanks.
