Want to give this 12 week NHS challenge my best!!

I'm new to forums and still finding my way around... I want to give this 12 week challenge my best. Can anyone help me in finding where to join the weigh in...I've seen where others have posted their weight loss which is encouraging to see that this might just work for me too.

If you're using the HU app, it doesn't give you access to Pinned Post, Events and Topics, Sandy, you need to use the full website page.

The link for the weigh-in, can be found in EVENTS, which is to the right of the HOME page, or scroll right to the bottom, if using a mobile :)

Don't click on "Write a post", scroll to the bottom of all the posts, taking the time to read and respond to other entries, then leave your starting weight and today's weight, if different, in the last box, where it says Reply and Leave your comment here.....

If you click on the home page near the top by the strawberries. Then come down the page and look to the right hand side where the pinned posts and topics etc are and you will then find a section called Events. In this you will find the daily weigh in for that day. Hope this helps, good luck!

Hi Sandy-123 Hope your well.. you don't live too far from me... and wanted to know if you wanted a walking buddy? I go for a walk around claregate and tettenhall... starting the GYM too by Sainsbury's in Wolverhampton let me know...
