Progress update

Hi Everyone. I haven't posted on here for a while. I had a successful time last year doing the 12 week plan. I stopped posting after I went my summer holiday because I changed over to another diet plan, Scottish Slimmers. I am happy to report that I have stuck to that really well and have lost 71 pounds so far. I have lost 10 inches from my waist and all the aches and pains have gone, other than those associated with my age. I did the same plan years ago and lost 11 stone so I know that it works. I like it because it's flexible and nothing is banned. I still have a long way to go but I know that I will get to my goal.

  • So nice to hear from you Kenny, and with such good news too. Many congratulations on the fantastic weight loss and it's wonderful that you've found a way of eating that suits you; I found it takes quite a bit of experimenting to find something that you can happily stick to for a long time. I know exactly what you mean about the joys of aches and pains leaving you; I think that's the best bit of all. Good luck going forward and I do hope you'll visit us again before too long x
