Well, I've benefited from so many people's contributions I should make some. This has been (is) an amazing resource for me. I have been stuck on 10 stone 7 for a long time (feeling pretty good it has to be said) with a yen to be a bit lower. Anyway, I followed some good advice (Moreless!) and decided to chill a bit. I decided in February I needed a change and was lucky enough to be able to get on a Cuban cycling trip. I saw an amazing May Day parade, cycled for 5 days (over 10 days) and basically had an amazing adventure. I cycled up mountains (really) and really challenged myself. I have come back and have cracked another few pounds. I don't know if this will hold, but I am changed. I hope I can maintain it. All best to all.
