Oopppss I did it again.

I have fallen off the waggon again, after doing so well last week with a 1.1kg loss to counteract a night of excess that had gained me .7kg the previous week. I now have to try and deal with the huge amount of calories consumed yesterday during a pub crawl. It was amazing to catch up with old friends and feel like I was back in my twenties but now for the consequences of my enjoyment. I haven't exercised much this week but surprisingly enough, I'm only motivated for a bacon sandwich this morning. I weigh in on a Tuesday and don't want to let myself or the trimmers down again so need to rediscover my get up and go and quickly.

Thanks, I'm not too upset with myself I'd just planned to be more sensible but when I'm actually there I revert back to previous form. I wouldn't have missed it for the world but could have still enjoyed it being more sensible but alcohol will always be my downfall. What I need to remember is it's not every night, or week or month necessarily and I can't give up my socialising. So I have to enjoy how far I've come because at least I now care that I've been excessive. When I was in my twenties a 3 day bender wouldn't have even registered as being bad for my health. As a mother of 2 now I want to be around as long as possible so I've changed what I can to ensure that's the case.

you have had a great night out and enjoyed it, draw a line under those calories and get on with today and sticking to your plan

Wishing you all the best for Tuesday's weigh in - have a good weekend x x

Morning jonuts2000

How's the hangover after the pub crawl? We all have those moments when we need a blow out so don't be too hard on yourself. The trick is to get back on the wagon, so jump aboard and off we go again. Why not do your daily plan on the Daily Dairy post to help you stay on track until Tuesday's weigh in, it may help limit any gain from the drinking.

Hvae a good weekend.

Brilliant idea, more accountability is just what I need right now just need to find the will to drag myself out of bed to see what's in the fridge 1st. The hangover could certainly be worse seeing as 8 pubs were frequented and I wasn't even sticking to one type of alcohol. So I guess if nothing else I should be grateful for not suffering more. Thanks all and hope you guys have a successful week too.

Thanks but have to agree my vision isn't the best. Was considering a run but fear I may end up swimming in the canal. You have a great weekend too.

Hi, I know I've never comment before since I'm new. But I just wanted to say that I'm sure you will get back in the saddle for this week, everyone's rooting for you :)

It's definitely hard when you are out with friends and having a good time to keep count of whats going on.

Thanks for getting involved, it's always good to be active on the forum. I lost count after 3,500 calories so know it was bad but perhaps best not to know exactly how bad.
