So to reward myself I've made a weight loss jar for every lb I loose a £1.00 will go into the jar this is on top of my standing order of £30.00 for a new wardrobe.

Excellent idea mannikaur I might give it a go. Currently I use the money I would have spent on unhealthy choices towards plants for my garden Good luck you're right you deserve it

I've considered doing this but my concern is that my weight fluctuates and so I think I will just be taking coins in and out of the jar every week. How did you get around this?

i havent yet as ive just started... but the key is to feel empowered by it and as it fills im.hoping it will be me motivation

great idea, i might start one too! I think i might do pound for pound and then an extra 10 when i hit every half stone! I've minimum 3 stone to lose so that would be over £100, now i may have to get my outfits in Primark but sure i don't care so long as they're smaller sizes than now!! I'm a full time.mummy so.funds can be tight....hence the £10 scenario! It's fab u can stow away 30. Cannot wait to drop a size!💪

me too... but its because im not spending on junk food i thought putting aside a little will help... and thats a realky good idea £10 for every half stone... i will that too

Brill I have been doing this since I started last year with 2 jars 1 with £63 in pound coins the other jar I transfer £1 over as I loose 1lb in weight it just makes me feel I am moving the pounds over so to speak but good luck, let us know what reward you choose to buy yourself when you reach your target.
