I'm new to this community. I have been on a plant based low fat diet trying to bring my cholesterol levels down and to loose weight. I did loose 20 kg but my cholesterol levels just went up and up. I still need to loose 16 kg so I'm looking to eat more of a balanced diet and hopefully add more exercise into my life. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has health problems that prevent them doing high level exercise like Zumba, how do you exercise? Thank you!
