Been up and down with weight between 12- and 15 stone at heaviest, I am now 13.12 and trying really hard to go to 12
It work 40hours a week have a young son and am trying to do at least 3nhiurs excersise a week and eating healthy
Every night for last 3 have had the most awful pain in foot, it only hurts when asleep, it wakes me 4-5 times a night,
Am now exhausted and really having to make self excersise
Any one in similar journey, or can give advice on what to do about foot let me know (have been doctor said hot and cold on it and make sure stretch after work out and wear supportive trainers)

Sorry can not help with your foot as we are not medically trained, except to say if you have already seen a doctor then maybe try and rest it until it feels better.
Take a look at the Welcome Newbie post in the Pinned post section at the right hand side or at the bottom if your on a mobile. Have a look at the nhs 12 week plan, many members have had success following this plan. Use the BMI checker to work out your daily calorie allowance.
Have a look at the Daily Diary which you can find on the Home page in Events. It is where all the members are sharing their daily plans on what they are eating and any exercise they are doing. This thread will give you some ideas on how to start.

Take your measurements at the start together with a photo so you can see the changes on the days the scales don't move.
