4 weeks since a weigh in

Ok guys after 4 weeks of no weigh ins I am off no to get weighed. Had a massive binge on Tuesday as was at a concert

Oops never meant to gain so much weight 1/2st on in 4 weeks right the 3 days i do not work= exercise and meal planning

Well done for taking the weigh-in positively.

Is it possible to weigh yourself more frequently? I'm just thinking that it might allow you to make more refined adjustments to your routine if you need to.

Only monthly as shift pattern may require me to cover or work overtime.

Just posted on a fb group as we were gonna buy a create ur own pizza from where I work costs £2.60 each so my partner bought a baguette and some mozzarella and the puree as we have veg etc to put on in the freezer. so 2 pizzas that would have been £5.10 has been done with baguette for £1.90 less and can weigh out my cheese etc..
