Joined a week or so ago but didn't really get started till this week. Did my start weigh in at home on Monday and I'm about what I thought. Used the BMI check to calculate my daily calories and think this is where I have gone wrong in the past by trying to have too few calories and then binged and gone back to square one! I've got myself on Myfitnesspal to track my calories and exercise. And got myself a notebook to use as a kind of journal. May not use it everyday but thought it may help to write down how I feel and why if I'm struggling. Have also done a little plan of how much I could lose and by when - not going to beat myself up it I'm not spot on with it but the idea of being back in my old work suits by xmas is a real incentive - I have 3 bags of lovely clothes stuffed under my bed!! Just need to keep positive and moving forward.
