1 Slice of Toasted Wholemeal Bread (Lg loaf)

1 Mullar Light Yogurt

1 Banana

2 Mugs of Green Tea

LUNCH

Turkey wrap with salad

Orange/ Apple

1 Mug of Green Tea

DINNER

Tuna Steak

Large Salad

Roasted Vegetables (courgettes, onions, carrots, pepper's)

1 mug Green tea

W/W Dessert

EXERCISE

1 1/2hrs on mini bike

Walking to school 1/2 mile there and back

Hi, are you really going to do 1 1/2 hours on a mini bike - may I suggest you use HITT and do much less but do it really fast. I 1/2 hours is pretty boring inside and for weight loss HITT seems to work well I am told. Good luck. There is a daily diary post on here (today from moreless ) you could add your info to her post

You need to use the full website page, as the HU app doesn't give you access to it.
