Hit a wall

Have been eating healthy since the last week of February, was going great so motivated, loosing weight for me wasn't the most important part of this journey I just wanted to stop the constant grazing on junk food which I have. I'm down 12lbs, dropped a dress size. I'm 2 lbs off my goal. I should be delighted & driven to keep going, instead I feel the opposite, my determination isn't there as it was, I know I'm slipping a bit. Has this happened to anyone else & how did you turn it around again.

I'm sorry you feel like you are losing the motivation Hidden 😕 but relaxing and enjoying the journey is also important, you have achieved a substantial weight loss, and improved your health 😊

Perhaps have a look a t the new Daily Diary as that is really helping keep many of us on track

Hi Hidden

Agree with IndigoBlue61 have a look at the daily diary and post daily, it's really motivated me again into planning and making myself accountable

Hope to see you there and good luck :)

Thank you Hidden I'll check it out I have been using mfp but have gotten lazy with it, started again this morning putting everything in. I'm still walking & eating healthy there's no way I'm going backwards😊

Only 2lbs away from goal is fantadtic, don't undo all you have achieved, remember why you started😃

Thank you lucigret I'm not giving up no chance of that😊
