Hi guys, apologies I couldn't weigh-in yesterday as I was travelling.

Weight last Tuesday 66.2 kg

Weight today (Wednesday) 66.6 kg

Gained 400 g

I had a great time with my family. My mum's in good health and she enjoyed having everyone around.

You don't need to apologise, I have not done the stats yet for yesterday so I will add you to them. 400g is only a small gain and you will soon loss that now that your back home. Glad you had a lovley time with the family.
