Not sure now. I've lost nearly 15kg but the middle of bmi is way too low so I'm just slowly trying to work my way to a point where I'm happily back in some old, old clothes of mine and I like what I see in the mirror.

Followed the NHS 12 week plan with a bit of blind OCDism thrown in for good measure.
Don't know if you've read it but if you have/do then I've followed it down to almost every detail. I've logged everything calorie-wise before I've eaten, from a plum crumble down to a tomato. Eaten off small plates and bowls, drank loads of water, eventually gave up alcohol (never thought I'd see that day ). I exercise a bit but then I have a pretty active job and my house has needed a fair bit of diy.
Has it been a walk in the park? Not at all. I've had fail days, I've had days where I've craved stuff (having one right now, had one yesterday).
Been logged into this site almost permanently, posting and replying, and that is probably what has helped me stay as focused as I have.
Sorry for babbling on and on but currently this is my focus and I pretty much feel that if I fail this time then I won't ever be able to be as strong as I feel now.
I keep quoting this, which I came across whilst here but I won't apologise for that... "if you always do what you've always done then you'll always get what you've always got". I try and say this to myself as much as possible. I don't say what I can't do or can't eat, I say what do I need to do to make the life that I want.
Ha ha... evangelical monologue over, didn't mean to prattle on like that.

I am not giving you any sympathy because I am sure you had a good time on your mini breaks - you will bounce back I am sure!!! Own the damage done then lose it again over a week or so! You can do it!
