I had really given up all hope of losing and my home scales going up and down like a yo yo.. then I got very ill spending a couple of weeks in bed in a lot of pain so lost control of diet... 4 family birthdays.. Mothers day and Easter.. on point of giving up completely but weigh in this morning done monthly showed a loss of 1.5lbs... astonished, relieved and revitalised for another month... if it's the same or moving albeit slowing in the downward direction we are still on the journey... a real life lesson for me today... hope everyone having a good day and the damage of the chocolate season on the scales not as bad as you thought it might be... spring blossom and tulips sooo cheery..

That's excellent news 😊 Well done for getting back on track in spite of all the hurdles 😊 1 1/2 lbs every month will add up.
Onwards and downwards
Well done on the loss, hope you have fully recovered now it's horrid being in pain😢 it may be a long slow journey but it's going to be worth it in the end 😆 what a beautiful picture, we have rain and hail then sunshine and blue skies today 😱 not sure what to wear 🌂🌞 good luck x
