Determined and pleased

Almost a week in and feeling good. I know the weekends will be harder for me but am really pleased that with a bit of careful thought I have managed to stick to my plan AND have a couple of glasses of wine spritzer The weather meant some green gym work was possible and so we have reaped the rewards of that too with a much tamer border near our patio. Hubby joined in to tackle the hedges and trees. Shame the weather forecast is not so good- but the view from the window is pleasing. Determined to keep on track this week after a good start. Good luck to anyone else at the start of things - or indeed those well underway!
