Hi Im Carole 52.
Iv struggled with my weight for years and 5 years ago was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, which is well controlled with medication. I need to loose 3 stone in weight. I joined slimming world and for 12 weeks followed it to the letter and only lost 8lb it seemed that no matter what i did i didnt loose. I do not exercise other than the norm of working, housework etc find the thought of gym daunting plus i have a bad back and 2 hip replacements from arthritis. I am now trying to do calories as 1200 per day to see if that helps. I dont eat sugar or sweet things anyway due to diabetes and cant understand why i cant shift the weight. Any suggestions welcome
