despondent

Just to say thankyou to everyone who replied to my post yesterday I have been given a lot of encouragement, tomorrow I aim to get back to gym as I have not been for about 10 days also going on short jog today with hubby lets see how that goes. when I have been to gym I can walk/jog on treadmill approx 50-60 mins 5km but find it hard outside I thought it would help seems not . Thanks again everyone who replied to me.

I hope you're not still feeling despondent, kbed, but are actually feeling encouraged :)

I've had several times of losing my fitness for running, but have been able to get back to things, in time. Why not join our Tortoise and Hare Running Club, for extra support and motivation? :)
