WEIGHT LOSS ACHIEVEMENT IN 6 WEEKS

Hello, I am new here. My name is Aliah and I came from Malaysia. Last year, I've been experiencing weight gain until my weight finally reach to OVERWEIGHT stage. As an Asian, I have small body frame. My height is 154cm and I weighed 62kg. I realised that I've been OVERWEIGHT when I used NHS BMI calculator. Then, after I read through the NHS WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM, I decided to enter this program.

For the first week, it was really challenging and I admit it was really hard. But I stayed focus and follow every tips of this WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM. After just one week, the result was really stunning! I loss 2kg just from the first week! I keep on following this program and never giving up even though it was really though and challenging. If I'm a bit loss and get carried away by people surrounding me that keep on eating foods that I can't eat, I always keep myself to get back on track. I just don't want to QUIT.

And now, it's been 6 weeks. Guess what? I've lost 5kg throughout this 6 weeks! Before this I weighed 62kg but now I weighed 57kg. I am so proud of myself! Thank you NHS! I'll keep on going until I reach week 12. And even after that 12 weeks, I'm still going to keep a healty and balanced diet. Thank you for reading this journal of mine :)
