I've done 11 weeks of the 12 week plan. I've lost 5kg and my BMI has got down to 23. This weekend is going to be a big one food wise, and there's a lot of emotion bounding around in my head so decided to take a break from it for a while and try to maintain for a bit. I'll probably keep popping on and seeing what people are up to. I still enjoy the social aspect and for emotional reasons I've been avoiding Facebook for a few months now.
