I just wanted to share some mid-week chuffness (not sure that's an actual word lol). Last week I put on 2 lbs, knowing exactly what I did wrong I was determined to get back on track. So this week (so far) I stuck to my 1400 daily calories and built in exercise everyday. I thought I'd better have a mid week check just in case things weren't going to plan. And guess what! Since Monday I've lost 4lbs! OMG. the second half of the week is going to be hard as I'm out every evening now until Monday weigh in. Wish me luck I'm going to need it. Deep breath let's go.
