Mud-week chuffness

I just wanted to share some mid-week chuffness (not sure that's an actual word lol). Last week I put on 2 lbs, knowing exactly what I did wrong I was determined to get back on track. So this week (so far) I stuck to my 1400 daily calories and built in exercise everyday. I thought I'd better have a mid week check just in case things weren't going to plan. And guess what! Since Monday I've lost 4lbs! OMG. the second half of the week is going to be hard as I'm out every evening now until Monday weigh in. Wish me luck I'm going to need it. Deep breath let's go.

  • Title should be mid week not mud week lol

  • Love it, what a buzz...just remind yourself how happy you felt when you saw the loss on the scales. you will make the right choices over the next few days.. Thank you for sharing .. Your mid week loss will def help to keep me on track!! Keep up the good work👍

  • Great loss SukiV, knew you could do it.

When I started this lifestyle change I was too worried about jeopardising my loss to actually go out. Have a good time.

btw... 'mud-week chuffness', don't really care what it should be but I think it should be something now :)

  • I'm pretty sure "mud-week chuffness" is the right expression for that feeling you get when it's going well on Wednesday but you know you've got a heavy weekend before the official Monday weigh-in...I'm in exactly the same place but don't want to say it out loud in case I go the wrong way between now and weighing in...
