Help to log on to existing account with app

I know this may not be the right place to post this question but I cannot see where else to go. I have downloaded the app onto my iPhone 5s but I have not been given the option to log in to an existing account. This doesn't happen on the iPad .

Hmmm that's strange . . . It asked me for my email and password.

Thanks Anna but all it's giving me is 'sign up with email' or Facebook and No 'sign in' option. I've tried entering the details but it says that the username is already set up ( which is obvious) and please sign in but no sign in option. I've emailed help desk so hopefully they should help
