Still walking

Hi everyone I managed to get wifi in a bar here in lanzatote and so far each day we have been here I have dragged john out for lots of walks on the bribe that we stop off for a drink or five at a bar of his choice so I am hoping that on average the 16.000 steps we have been walking and eating fairly sensibly will not show too much on the scales when I get back to work at the end of April as I've said before I do not have any scales at home so that will have to wait. I heard it was a scorcher at the weekend so I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend 😊

What a beautiful view you have there. Enjoy your holiday and well done on all the walking. We did have a lovely weekend here with the weather, but I think the sun forgot to come back out today! lol.
