Hi I am a 52 year old mum of 5 . My weight started increasing when I started the menopause, just didn't see it happening. Sluggish feelings made me take a back seat although with a home to run and full time job I was surprised the pounds piled on.....but they did! Saying that I have always loved food, my body just doesn't seem to break down what I could eat before 40 in the same way. Back problems didn't help I suppose but I am optimistic that by joining this forum, with the support of others I will reach my goal. We can all do this!
