Im new to the forum. Im 25 and weight 17st 8lbs. I am looking to loose atleast 6 st to get me into the healthy BMI range and i'm hoping this forum will help keep me motivated
I know I have a long journey ahead but I have tried so many slimming clubs and fad diets and it just hasn't worked out for me. I intend to give it my all this time and to keep the weight off aswell.
