I'm finding my last 2kg harder to get rid of. 84.4kg yesterday morning. And I ran 46m31s in a 10k yesterday. A little disappointed as I was targeting 45m. This target will just have to wait. Impatient to reach my 83kg goal. That will give me close to an extra minute over 10k, and it will be nice to be training while eating "normally" instead of everything be geared to losing weight. That should help me run 45m as well. At least, I hope so!
