Hi All,
My first day on the programme. I didn’t manage to get any exercise today and ate a lot better than on most days but when I totalled the calories up it was roughly 1639 for the day instead of my target 1350!! So feeling like a failure already!
Over the years I have put on weight at need to loose a minimum of 10kgs! Seems next to impossible to me right now, but I know so many people have done it.
Think I just need some encouragement and more confidence in myself to really do it this time.
