Today I went for a health check at my doctors. She weighed measured and did my blood pressure. With the result of my blood test I had a few weeks ago, she say I am healthy. My weight is on the high side of normal, my bmi is normal. If I had had this test done at the start of the year it would have been a different story. I have lost 7 kg and my bmi has gone down 3 points.
Since January I have changed my eating and exercise habits. I have kept a record of everything. I have tried to practice mindfulness. I feel so much better. I have found for me a weight loosing amount of daily calories is 1200 approx, maintainance is 1500. I still want toitoi loose another 5 kg.
Today I put on a blouse that was too tight for me last year, today it was a condition fit. It gas not always been easy but I have persevering. What has helped me is this forum and all the support I get from it. Thanks every for your support
