Hello Corrine i have also just started the weight loss NHS and determined to lose weight i was told a year ago that i had a herniated disc and have just recently had the motivation to get back doing managable exercise just come back from a cycle ride and feel really good. I am sure you will get all the support you need and have the determination also to lose weight.
