hiya I am a newbie, I have been doing sw but have a hit a block and am struggling with my weight. I hate the look in a mirror I have one in my house and I feel lucky I am short so you cannot see much of me in it. my boyfriend always tells me I look nice and am beautiful, but I just never feel it and always shoot down his compliments. I have a horse but lives out so do not have mucking out to do and ride almost everyday. But on top of that I am a domicilary carer and stuggle to have set meal times, I eat after 10 if I am working evenings and during the day is usually a quick grab of anything! really looking to find my mojo to get this weigh off!
