Only 1 day done but me and my 11 year old really enjoyed it. I did us muesli with fruit and natural yoghurt for breakfast school dinner which I can't really control and a wrap boilded egg and sugar free jelly for tea. We also did a 4 mile walk. She didn't complain once. I am emphasing being healthier and not losing weight as she is so going.

Thanks for your reply. I would like to say I'm not counting calories for my daughter however I am just gradually introducing the healthy principles such as more fibre moving more etc. Things the doctor would probably only tell us and this would just make her more self conscious. I have given in to her pressuring me for junk far too many times and I feel guilty for this to be honest. The week by week plan means i can introduce one healthy habit at a time.
