Today I have decided to start calorie counting, I've never done this before and really hoping it works. Would like to drop around 10lb ( more would be good but need to be realistic). I've done SlimmingWorld for a few years but the pounds are creeping back on as my heart isn't in it anymore, I stick to it for a few days then give up. Think I just need something different to focus on and hopefully this will be for me. Any tips would be much appreciated 🙂.
