Finally after changing the amount of calories I eat the weight has started to drop.
Half a kilo has now gone, I know it doesn't sound much but anything going down is a plus for me.
Onwards and downwards we go

Well done "diet buddy" excellent news. Sounds like your in control. The calorie thing is a great turning point for me too.
I lost 2lbs this week but really it's just offsetting the 2lbs I put on last week 😬
Hopefully next week will be a loss again 🙂

I must be going insane as I did the 1st run of week 3 on the couch to 5km run and thought to myself "this feels so easy" so I went on and did the week 2 run too 😂😂🏃🏃
Something has happened in this body of mine that hasn't happened for years. A fire has been lit and it is burning like the fires of hell.
For once in my life I am doing something for me. Something that is putting me first, something that is giving me more confidence, something that is making me feel good. This is my drug and I am loving it right now.
Hehe rant over probably in half an hour when the aches kick in I will feel totally differently, but for now I am glowing (totally red right now)
Keep up the good work folks it does get easier😀

So please for you that the scales have moved this week. Perseverance certainly does pay off. I was hoping for a 1-2 lb loss this week but lost 5lb instead! Considering I've done nothing different than last week it's a bit of a mystery so I'll continue the same this week and see what happens next Monday.
5lb down 95lb to go.
