It can be very frustrating when the scales don't cooperate 😕 I feel for you.
Are you following the 12 week plan? Did you check your bmi and target calories? Maybe going back to basics might help? Moreless gave you lots of helpful info when you first joined, it maybe useful to read it again?

Cutting back is difficult too but massive achievement keep going you can do this
Just keep at it, your body needs time to adjust - try not to get frustrated - I know easier said than done😏🌺
