to weigh or not to weigh???

Mmm cant decide - I've lost every week since 2nd jan- total 2 stones, but this last week hasn't been good food wise- tried but not always succeeded. I cant decide if to face my demons at Monday weigh in tomorrow or will it depress me too much ? Im going for an operation on Wednesday so I don't want to give myself any excuses to have another bad week- what do you all think I should do??

    If I was you I would weigh in and remember it is only a number and don't let it control how your week goes. Good luck with your operation, hope it all goes well.

  • weigh-in.. then draw a line under it and go forward.. i had a rubbish week last week but still weighed in on sat and felt better for it and today im back to my normal routine xx

  • Don't live in denial and face the scales! You'll have faced a lot worse and come out of the other end a little battered but with more gusto than ever...xx
