Hello all
Hubby is at his rink bandy (like Ice Hockey) training, youngest daughter is at school as they have an activity day she is downhill skiing for 3 hours and middle daughter is laid up in bed after coming in at 3am and raiding the fridge. I decided to work out
So I have just done my final run of the couch25k run of my 2nd week I was feeling energized so I decided to stay on the treadmill for another 45 minutes (crazy I know, total time on treadmill 1h 15mins) but the music was just so inspiring and kept me going forward. I managed to do 6.5km and made my target by 112%, burnt also 587 Kcal in the process so yesterdays beer taken care of
I started going through my Ipod and came up with the following play list to keep me going. I know some of the songs are strange but they are what uplift me.
so bear with me
