Hi everyone today is day 11 and so far so good, I am sticking to my 10.000 steps daily and I would love to take up ballroom dancing but my partner has two left feet and refuses to join a local dance class in Chelmsford Essex. I used to dance years ago as a child and really enjoyed it. I wish I could magic up a man to whisk me around the dance floor. Have a great weekend everyone and it's weigh in day for me Monday so fingers crossed 🤞 😊

Why not check out dancing groups anyway? My friend goes to one run by a charity for Alzheimer sufferers, they akways welcome volunteers ☺
