I am new today. Need to lose a fair bit of weight. Have done weight watchers for a month and put on a kilo. Their support just kept saying I wasn't eating enough and eat more carbs!
So an unhappy me ended up here. And I hope that this time with counting calories I can do it. I don't want to be unrealistic and say I want to be a stick thin girl, just get back in my clothes is my first goal.
But in reality I need to lose around 6 stone. But if I say that out loud I panic so just getting back in my existing clothes comfortably is my first goal.
