I have started my 12 week challenge today. I thought I'd start a thread to keep me focused and motivated.
I will be weighing every Monday so was hoping there were other newbies who wanted to join my thread?
I've started off at a weight of 15 stone 8.5lbs! I'm completely mortified!
Im hoping to eventually get down to 11 stone 7lbs which would make a total weight loss of 4 stone 1.5lb.
I've decided to track my calories 1700 a day on my fitness pal.
So far, so good today! Good luck to anyone else who has stated, we can do it xxx
