Continued success

Another 2lb's off this week, hooray, and I didn't feel I'd done very well until the weekend - too many carbs last week. Have started writing my food intake down rather than just adding up in my head - it's much easier! I want to start doing more exercise but I need to loose some more weight first as everything jiggles about too much and hurts!

    Have you tried MyFitnessPal? It makes it really easy to track your calories, there's a barcode scanner so it's quick and easy and helps with portion sizes too!

  • Thank you. No haven't tried that, my diet seems to be quite routine now with the same breakfast most days and lunches - not that it's boring it's just consistent a bit like my weight loss! I may well try it out though, thanks for the tip!

  • Hi thankyou for the message I really need to lose at least a stone and more if I could I always think I can go for a quick fix but it never works does it.
